About Us
Golden Key Bookkeeping & Financial Solutions LLC was founded in 2024 by Verushka, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in business management, financial operations, and organizational structure. Before starting her own firm, Verushka served as a General Manager for a FedEx subcontractor, where she spent more than 14 years in the transportation logistics industry.
Throughout her career, Verushka has successfully launched and scaled several businesses from the ground up, including ventures in construction, landscaping, gas stations, truck mechanics, and logistics. Her expertise in building strong business foundations, coupled with her dedication to structure, discipline, and motivation, has helped each of these businesses thrive.
As a Hispanic mother of two daughters, stepmother of two sons, and a proud grandmother, Verushka draws on her personal experiences of resilience and hard work. After raising her daughters as a single mother, both of whom are now thriving in the medical field, she understands the value of perseverance and the many “hats” that business owners must wear.
Today, Verushka is happily married to Carlos, who runs a successful mechanic and towing business. Together, they share a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship.
